The OJ5048 is a diffuse reflection sensor with background suppression designed for robotics, assembly and handling technology. It reliably detects objects at 15...400 mm and suppresses backgrounds so that only the target within the set range is registered, independent of the colour or reflectivity of surfaces behind it. The red light emitter simplifies alignment, the adjustable range enables precise setup, and the PNP output supports light-on/dark-on operation. The compact ABS housing rated IP 67 fits into confined machine spaces.
