At CreativeAutomation.ae, we aim to deliver industrial automation products reliably within the United Arab Emiratesand to international destinations, subject to product availability and order confirmation.

1. Shipping Coverage 

We ship:

  • Within the United Arab Emirates

  • To international locations, subject to quotation and logistics feasibility

International orders may require additional confirmation depending on destination, product type, and customs requirements.

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • All orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days, subject to stock availability and order confirmation.

  • Products supplied on a quotation (RFQ) basis are shipped based on confirmed availability and agreed delivery timelines.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type, quantity, and destination.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges within the UAE are calculated at checkout or communicated during order confirmation.

  • For international, bulk, or quotation-based orders, shipping charges will be shared as part of the quotation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via:

  • Email, or

  • WhatsApp (if applicable)

5. Delays

Creative Industrial Automation L.L.C is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or logistics partners

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Factors beyond our reasonable control

6. Damaged or Missing Items

Customers are requested to inspect shipments upon delivery.
