We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
• The product must be unused
• The product must be in its original packaging
• The product must be in resalable condition
Return Methods
Returns may be completed using one of the following methods:
• Return in person at our store/branch
• Return by courier / mail
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied
• We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns
Refunds & Replacements
• Refunds or replacements are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned item
• Approved refunds are processed within 14 days
