The Waircom FM157/C is an industrial magnetic reed switch from the Series FM157 product line, designed for accurate piston position sensing on pneumatic cylinders. This 2-wire, N.A. sensor interfaces seamlessly with automation controllers, operating on a versatile voltage range from 3 ÷ 250 V AC/DC. Built for reliable execution under demanding factory conditions, it features a 1500 mA maximum exchange current, a 500 Hz operating frequency, and a resilient IP 67 protection rating. The switch comes pre-wired with a 2.5 m M8 snap connector + cable and functions effectively in environments from -10 ÷ +70 °C.
