The Waircom FM100/EX 1GD is an industrial magnetic magnetoresistive from the Series FM100/EX product line, designed for accurate piston position sensing on pneumatic cylinders. This 2-wire, PNP intrinsically safe (N.A.) sensor interfaces seamlessly with automation controllers, operating on a versatile voltage range from 8.2 V DC. Built for reliable execution under demanding factory conditions, it features a 50 mA (Uo=15 V, Po=120 mW) maximum exchange current, a 2000 Hz operating frequency, and a resilient IP 65 / IP 67 protection rating. The switch comes pre-wired with a 6 m Bare cable and functions effectively in environments from -25 ÷ +70 °C.
