OGH500 Applications

The IFM OGH500 is used for object detection and positioning in factory automation where reliable short-to-mid range sensing with background suppression is needed. It is suited for part-present checks on conveyors, label and cap detection, and end-position sensing where reflective backgrounds must be ignored. The robust M18 stainless steel housing suits harsh industrial environments, precise background suppression rejects surfaces behind the target, the light-on/dark-on mode is programmable, and sensitivity is set intuitively via pushbutton.
