440N-G02123 Applications

This Guardmaster 440N Ferrogard non-contact interlock switch monitors the position of movable guards and access doors without mechanical contact, tolerating misalignment and washdown. The stainless steel housing resists corrosion and harsh cleaning in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical machinery. A coded actuator and two N.C. safety contacts signal guard status to a safety relay or controller, while the auxiliary contact supports monitoring. The prewired 3-meter cable simplifies installation on gates, hatches, and sliding guards where hygienic, tamper-resistant sensing is needed.
