1738-AENT Applications

The 1738-AENT connects a bank of ArmorPoint on-machine I/O modules to an EtherNet/IP control network, extending distributed I/O directly onto the machine without a control cabinet. M12 quick-disconnect connectors speed installation and support IP-rated on-machine mounting. It draws power from a 24V DC supply and passes I/O data to a controller over standard EtherNet/IP. Note that Rockwell Automation lists this catalog number as discontinued as of December 31, 2025, so plan migrations accordingly.
