1585D-M4DC-H Applications

This field-attachable M12 D-coded Ethernet connector lets technicians terminate industrial Ethernet cabling on site without special crimp tooling, using insulation-displacement contacts. The 4-pin straight male connector suits EtherNet/IP and other 100 Mbps industrial networks and mates with M12 D-coded ports on switches, I/O blocks, and on-machine devices. It is intended for unshielded round Ethernet cable and is well suited to on-machine and control-panel installations where custom cable lengths and quick field repairs are required.
