100-FSV136 Applications

This Bulletin 100-F metal-oxide varistor surge suppressor module clips voltage transients generated when a contactor coil de-energizes, protecting adjacent electronic devices and PLC outputs from damaging spikes. Rated for 56-136V AC or 78-180V DC coil circuits, it snaps directly onto compatible Bulletin 100-C, 104-C, 700-CF and 700S-CF contactors. Fitting a surge suppressor extends coil and contact life and reduces electrical noise in control panels, making it a recommended accessory wherever contactors switch under electronic or PLC control.
