The IFM IGT247 is a full-metal inductive sensor built for the food industry and hygienic areas with regular cleaning. It is suited for position and presence detection on filling, packaging and processing machinery exposed to high-pressure washdown and temperature cycling. The one-piece stainless steel 316L housing and sensing face resist aggressive cleaning agents and temperature shock, withstand up to 100 bar on the face and IP69K ingress, and operate across a wide 0...100 °C range with clearly visible LED switching indication.
