Grey-market pneumatics are common in the region and hard to spot once they are fitted. The difference shows up as an unplanned stop, a failed audit, or a warranty claim that is refused.

Energy-saving valve technology: the cheapest air is the air you never compress.
Compressed air is usually the largest electrical load in a plant, and most of it is spent holding pressure that the application does not need. SMC's energy-saving valve blocks and residual-pressure release units let a circuit run the return stroke at reduced supply pressure and vent standby lines automatically.
On a typical clamping station, dropping the non-working stroke to a lower supply pressure removes air consumption that never did mechanical work. We size the reduction against your cycle and confirm it with a flow measurement before and after.

Q1What is the typical lead time for stocked items?
Items held in our Dubai stock are typically dispatched the same or next working day after order confirmation, with collection available from Al Mansoor Building - 114 - Al Quasis, Dubai. Non-stock and configured items are quoted with a firm factory lead time before you order.
Q2How do I verify that a part is genuine SMC?
Check the model number, serial and date code marking on the body against the documentation supplied with the order. Everything we ship comes through the authorized channel with paperwork that matches those codes; if a part on your machine looks inconsistent, send a photo of the marking to +971 52 535 9194 and we will confirm it.
Q3Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum quantity on stocked lines — single-piece maintenance orders are normal. Some configured assemblies and factory-order series carry a minimum set by the manufacturer, which we state on the quotation.
Q4How long does a custom BOM or cross-reference quote take?
Send the list as a spreadsheet, PDF or photo of the nameplate to websales@creativeautomation.ae. Straightforward lists come back the same working day; lists with obsolete or competitor references that need engineering review are confirmed within one to two working days.
Q5What warranty applies?
Full SMC manufacturer warranty per the standard terms for the series supplied. Because we supply through the authorized channel, claims are handled directly with the manufacturer rather than being refused for unverified origin.
