Built it into one of the UAE’s established industrial automation suppliers — 140,000+ genuine parts from Siemens, SICK, IFM, Schmersal, Bonfiglioli, Murrelektronik, and more. Worked with over 2,000 businesses on machine reliability, spare-parts stocking, and cutting unplanned downtime. Published author. Now expanding into Saudi Arabia.
Two people, one shop,
a twenty-year bet on availability
In June 2003, Anoop opened a small showroom near Lucky Roundabout in Ajman. The operation was lean — two people, a counter, and stock that fit in one room. His bet was straightforward: factories across the UAE were importing automation parts with long lead times and uncertain availability. A local supplier who kept genuine components on the shelf, understood part numbers, and could deliver the same week would earn repeat business.
That bet held. By 2005 he had added Metalex Engineering Workshop for in-house machining. By 2011 the company relocated to a larger facility in Ajman Industrial Area. In 2013 a sister company, Hydroair Industrial Equipment L.L.C, opened in Abu Dhabi. In 2021 Creative Industrial Automation L.L.C launched in Dubai with a head office and showroom in Al Qusais. Today the catalogue lists over 140,000 SKUs across pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, drives, safety switches, cables, gearboxes, and power components — with same-day dispatch from Dubai.
Same model, wider reach
The goal has not changed since 2003: become the single-source partner that maintenance engineers, procurement teams, and project managers reach for first when they need industrial automation parts in the Gulf. One supplier, genuine stock, delivered fast.
What has changed is the reach. The online catalogue now lets customers search by brand, part number, or application — and place orders with same-day dispatch from Al Qusais. In December 2025 the company opened its Saudi Arabia branch. Digital tools, a growing production department for custom cylinder manufacturing, and authorized partnerships with European OEMs are widening what Creative can do. But the core stays the same: keep the part on the shelf so the machine keeps running.

We started this company because we saw factories losing production time over parts that should have been on a shelf twenty minutes away. That problem has not gone away — it has only grown as plants run more automated equipment, with more sensors, more drives, and more specialised components that cannot wait for a six-week import cycle.
